After more than a decade of success working alongside longtime partner Gwen Steele, Garrett is moving forward with renewed momentum while honoring the foundation built over the past 12 years. Steele has recently returned to her hometown of Spartanburg, South Carolina, where she is enjoying a well-earned retirement. Foscoe Companies and Garrett extend sincere gratitude for her leadership, friendship, and lasting impact on clients and the community.

A North Carolina native, Garrett was born and raised in High Point and is a 1994 graduate of Appalachian State University. He and his wife, Chelsea—both Wake Forest University graduate school alumni—chose Blowing Rock as home after falling in love with its people, pace of life, and strong sense of community. They are raising their two sons in the High Country.
Garrett brings a diverse professional background to Foscoe Realty, including award-winning sales experience in the furniture industry and six years working closely with developers on private communities and amenity-rich projects. His career has been shaped by both local expertise and broad industry perspective.
